PROPYL GALLATE

Propyl Gallate is an antioxidant used in foods especially animal fats and vegetable oils, especially effective with polyunsaturated fats. It is also used in indirect food additive arising from paper or board packaging, adhesives, food contact polymers, Pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. As a food additive, it is used under the E number E310.

Applications :

  • Antioxidant for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, foods, fats, oils, ethers, emulsions and waxes.
  • Polymerization inhibitor for synthetic Fibre and Resins.

Storage :

Store in well-closed, light resistant nonmetallic containers.
