BUTYLATED HYDROXYANISOLE (BHA)

Butylated Hydroxyanisole (BHA) is a synthetic food antioxidant used to prevent oils, fats and shortenings from oxidative deterioration and rancidity. It is also used in food, food packaging, animal feed, Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, rubber, and petroleum products. Its E number is E320.

Applications :

  • The most effective antioxidant, imparting excellent stability for an array of food products, oils, fats, shortenings, vitamins, animal feeds, pet foods, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products and packaging materials

Storage :

Store in well-closed, light resistant nonmetallic containers
